Warm Hummus Dip!

Amazing!! We whipped up this amazing new dip recipe for lunch last week and are still talking about the savory flavors put together in this simple appetizer…and you could easily turn it into a meal, it’s so good!

Savory Hummus Dip
2 containers of Hummus Dip
You could use Plain, Garlic, Roasted Red Pepper, or any flavor you think would go well together- we used Garlic.
1 can of chopped tomatoes (or about a cup of fresh chopped)- I used a can of organic chopped tomatoes with oregano and other spices and really liked the flavor
1/2 cup of kalamata olives (or more generous amount)
1 cup of crumbled Feta cheese (or Goat cheese- we used this for dairy sensitivities)
1/4 tsp of pepper
rosemary as garnish
Optional additions to make it heartier:
1 can of artichoke hearts
Cubed grilled/ roasted chicken

Directions:
You need an 8×8 glass pan (or bigger if you add more food/ veggies to it)

Spread Hummus containers into the 8×8 pan

*This is the space I would add the artichoke hearts &/or chicken*
Spread the Feta or Goat cheese over the hummus and optional additions

Take a small bowl and mix together the tomatoes and olives- then spread over the cheese
Sprinkle with black pepper and rosemary

Oven at 350 degrees- Bake for 20 minutes

In the picture is a CrunchMaster GF cracker that goes really well. You could also use some veggies too, pita chips, or whatever makes your heart sing. Good luck not polishing off the whole thing by yourself 🙂
Enjoy!
