Massage Therapists

A variety of types of massage are available at Natural Elements Health Center. Each massage therapist has a unique style, and may have different skills and specialties as well. Hot stones may be used, as well as essential oils, to maximize your benefit during your session. If you can’t lie still for long, a half hour session may be a good fit for you, while others may prefer an hour long session.

Massage appointments are available at Natural Elements Health Center with Kendra or Rachel, the Certified Massage Therapists on our staff.

Kendra, CMT
I graduated from Centerpoint Massage and Shiatsu School. I was trained in Swedish Massage, Therapeutic Massage, and Chair Massage. I have been training in Hot Stones and Essential Oils also. I plan on continuing my training throughout my career.

I grew up in Brooklyn Center, MN and I moved to Brainerd in 2008. I found myself not enjoying my job anymore and decided it was time for a change. I packed up and moved back to Brooklyn Center to go to school. Massage has always been something very interesting to me, but I was to afraid of making a change away from what I had gotten used to. But after only a few days of classes I knew this is what I was meant to do. Helping people heal through massage is a great feeling. From Therapeutic massage to help with muscle relief to Swedish massage which helps with stress relief, I feel it’s all very important in the healing process. I’m excited to further my knowledge and gain new experiences in the bodywork field.

Rachel, CMT
I am so excited to join the team at Natural Elements Health! I graduated from the Minnesota School of Business with a diploma in Massage Therapy in June 2015.

I have always been intrigued by the amazing human body and the many ways to keep it functioning at its highest potential along with the alternative and natural means to bring about healing and balance when needed. I feel very blessed to be able to work in this field to help people achieve wholeness and well-being. I look forward to increasing my knowledge so to help others to the best of my ability.

I grew up in Milaca, married my high school sweetheart and we live in the country with 3 growing children, 2 have already left our nest. We enjoy the great outdoors and most of the activities it offers, including, but not limited to; gardening, picking berries, fishing, hunting, hiking, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, four wheeling, mushroom hunting, catching crayfish and swimming in the West Branch.
