Dr. Christine Schlenker, Natural Elements Health
Since a young age she has always been fascinated in how bodies function from the inside out. She didn’t know it then, but even when butchering chickens and learning where the lungs and gallbladder were and what they did, to looking at the brain and eyes during deer hunting season and moving the legs to watch the ligaments and joints move, all that exploration would lead to a lifetime of learning.

Learn more about Kendra
Kendra grew up in Brooklyn Center, MN and moved to Brainerd in 2008. She now resides in Milaca with her husband, daughter, and little puppy. She found herself not enjoying her job anymore and decided it was time for a change. She packed up and moved back to Brooklyn Center to go to school. Massage had always been something very interesting to her, but she was to afraid of making a change away from what she had gotten used to. But after only a few days of classes she knew this is what she was meant to do.
Helping people heal through massage is a great feeling. From Therapeutic massage to help with muscle relief to Swedish massage which helps with stress relief, Kendra feels it's all very important in the healing process. Kendra is excited to further her knowledge and gain new experiences in the bodywork field.
