Here is a nice dessert or snack that includes all the great fall spices. It would be easy to substitute your favorite sweeteners instead of the sugars to lower the carbs.

Gingerbread Cookie Bars
Serves 24
Ingredients
- ½ c butter melted
- ½ c coconut sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1/3 c molasses
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 cup flour; 1 c almond flour 1 c gluten free baking blend
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ginger
- ¼ tsp cloves
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ½ tsp salt

Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ¼ c. butter
- 1 1/2 - 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
