Here’s a quick supper for those busy fall week day nights. And a great way to feed your pizza craving…grain-free & guilt-free! Toss together a side salad… Woo-hoo!
- ½ Cup Blanched Almond Flour
- ½ Cup Arrowroot Starch
- ¼ Cup Coconut Flour
- 1 Beaten Egg
- ¼ Cup Olive Oil
- 1/3 Cup Yogurt/ Coconut Oil if Dairy Free
Mix all ingredients together and allow to sit 5 min. Butter Pan and spread dough.
Be creative! Some ideas are chicken, fresh mozzarella, brocolli, spinach, olives, peppers, all kinds of your favorite veggies!
But do not put to many toppings on- the middle won’t cook through.
Crust plus toppings….Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
