2CupsOrganic milk, almond, coconut, or cashew milk
1TeaspoonTurmeric
1TablespoonExtra virgin coconut oil or organic butter or cream
1PinchBlack pepperhelps improve absorption
Options: Sweeten with 1/2 teaspoon stevia or 1 teaspoon raw honey, or maple syrup or to taste
½TeaspoonCinnamon
1DashNutmeg
1PinchGrated ginger root or ¼ teaspoon of ginger powder
1PinchCayenne pepper
Instructions
Blend all ingredients with a stick blender or in a blender until smooth.
Pour into a small sauce pan and heat for 3 or 4 minutes over medium heat until warm to drink. For a cold drink, let sit for a bit to cool and pour over ice.
