Fall Updated Hours

Happy Fall! This is my absolute favorite time of year. The crisp mornings, the smell in the air, the colors in the woods…yes. Nearly every Friday night I head to the Milaca Trails for a jog along the river and I find it a great way to let go of all the ‘stuff’ from the week. I feel refreshed versus bogged down. I feel like I can go home and watch a movie or read a book without ruminating on the events of the week. The week is done. What do you do to let the ‘stuff’ go from your days?

Couple of things. Social Media is difficult and most of you may not be seeing our Facebook posts. We can’t beat the algorithms and I refuse to pay the giant. So, that being said, if you like staying in touch, MAKE SURE YOU SIGN UP FOR OUR EMAILS! As long as you are subscribed to our email list, you should be able to stay connected. Watch your Promotions box, we likely end up there. Thank you Google :/. Now that homeschooling isn’t happening at our house, I hope to find more time to stay connected via posts and videos.

Secondly, for the last year and a half, our appointment hours have fluctuated. Thank you for your patience. That being said, hours have changed because life has changed. We are going to shift a little during the week:
Closed Mondays**
Tuesday and Thursday 8 am-5 pm
Wednesday 8 am – 11 am
Friday 8 am – 1 pm (and possibly later)
All hours subject to change, because hey, life changes.

** Jeannie still checks the phone messages and texts on Mondays from her other job. No one will be at the clinic. Please leave a message if she doesn’t answer, she will return your call.

And lastly, a friendly reminder to please try to stick to one form of communication when making appointments. Calling, then sending an email, and also texting just gets overwhelming and confusing. We do reach out once we have a moment, but often are with patients if we can’t get to you right away. Jeannie is an office manager, managing orders and inventory, helping in the rooms as an assistant and wearing many hats, let’s give her some grace and room to breath. Life is chaotic enough, please keep things simple when scheduling if you can.

I think that’s a wrap. Get out there and enjoy the beautiful weather and move your bodies and take a deep breath. What are you going to do today that is just for you?
